Scheduling update (July 7, 2026):
We are now in network with Excellus, MVP, commercial United Health Care plans, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid and Fidelis. We are no longer able to accept new patients with Straight Medicaid, Highmark, Independent Health, United Health Care Dual Complete, United Health Care Community or United Health Care Medicare.
Current NP availability is about 2-3 month wait time.
We have very limited therapy availability right now and have gone back to a wait list.
We are now offering Creyos testing. Creyos is a comprehensive cognitive test which is used to evaluate brain health in a variety of ways. Read more here: Creyos Testing.

Please note that if you have an urgent issue during business hours you will receive a faster response by calling the office. Portal messages will be returned as soon as possible. Please do not ask to cancel or reschedule an appointment through the portal. All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled by phone.

Henrietta Psychiatric NP Care provides care for a variety of mental health and substance use disorders. All patients are treated like an individual and you are not just a number. Services include psychiatric and substance use evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and medical cannabis certifications.
We are able to prescribe buprenorphine as well as a variety of other forms of medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorder. We serve patients from ages 6-80 years old.

Our Services
Evaluations
We provide full psychiatric and substance use evaluations. We will work with you to determine a treatment plan that is best for you.
Medication
If medication is right for you, we will prescribe and manage your medications. This includes Suboxone and Naltrexone for substance use disorders.
Psychotherapy
We have therapists on staff who are trained in a variety of modalities. They work closely with the nurse practitioners to provide comprehensive care for you.
