We are now in network with Excellus, MVP, Cigna, some United Health Care plans (call the office for questions), Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid and Fidelis.

We are currently adding patients to a wait list for an appointment.

Nurse Practitioner appointments

(4/15/25) Our waiting list is moving quickly now! We have two more NPs joining us this summer so we anticipate a lot more availability very soon. Please call us if you would like to be added to the list.

Therapist appointments

We currently have a small wait list for therapist appointments depending on your insurance. If you would like to be added please give us a call. There is currently availability for zoom therapy appointments within a 1-2 week timeframe. (4/15/25)

What to expect when you schedule an appointment

We will ask you for an email address and will send you an invitation to the patient portal as well as some intake forms. These forms must be completed before your first appointment. If you have difficulty setting up your patient portal account, please let us know. We are here to help.
