We are now in network with Excellus, MVP (not all providers), some United Health Care plans (call the office for questions), Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid and Fidelis.

We are again experiencing significant wait times for appointments. We are working on bringing on another nurse practitioner who will help decrease your wait time. Please bear with us- we know there are many people who need help and we are doing our best to help everyone.

Nurse Practitioner appointments

We currently have a waiting list for nurse practitioner appointments. We understand there are many people who need help and we are doing our best to help as many as possible. We are actively recruiting for another NP but do not have a timeframe yet. Please feel free to contact the office and be added to our waiting list.

Therapist appointments

We have a brought on a new therapist who has availability. She is not yet in network with insurance. She is available for out pocket visits ($80 per visit) until she is able to accept insurance. We expect her to be able to accept insurance in about 2-3 months, depending on the insurance company. If you are interested in therapy, please call the office.

What to expect when you schedule an appointment

We will ask you for an email address and will send you an invitation to the patient portal as well as some intake forms. These forms must be completed before your first appointment. If you have difficulty setting up your patient portal account, please let us know. We are here to help.
