Scheduling update (March 21, 2025):
We are now in network with Excellus, MVP, some United Health Care plans (call the office for questions), Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid and Fidelis. We are no longer able to accept new patients with straight medicaid.
We have a small waiting list for therapy depending on your insurance. There is availability in 1-2 weeks for zoom therapy.
The nurse practitioner waiting list is still very long but we have been able to start offering appointments to people on the list as we get our new nurse practitioners up and running. We anticipate a lot more movement on the list in the next couple of months. If you would like to be added to the list please call us. Once we are able to schedule new patients we will start with the people on the list.

If you are an existing patient and need to contact the office please use to Charm patient portal to message your provider. You can also call the office at 585 471-3407. Please note that if you have an urgent issue during business hours you will receive a faster response by calling the office. Portal messages will be returned as soon as possible. Please do not ask to cancel or reschedule an appointment through the portal- this must be done by phone.

Henrietta Psychiatric NP Care provides care for a variety of mental health and substance use disorders. All patients are treated like an individual and you are not just a number. Services include psychiatric and substance use evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and medical cannabis certifications. We are able to prescribe buprenorphine as well as a variety of other forms of medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorder. We serve patients from ages 10-75 years old.

Our Services
Evaluations
We provide full psychiatric and substance use evaluations. We will work with you to determine a treatment plan that is best for you.
Medication
If medication is right for you, we will prescribe and manage your medications. This includes Suboxone and Naltrexone for substance use disorders.
Psychotherapy
We can provide psychotherapy depending on your needs. If you need more specialized therapy, we can assist with a referral.
