We are now in network with Excellus, MVP, Cigna, some United Health Care plans (call the office for questions), Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid and Fidelis.

We are currently adding patients to a wait list for an appointment.

Nurse Practitioner appointments

(5/13/25) We have NP availability! Most insurances can be scheduled with an NP in June right now.

Therapist appointments

(5/4/25) We have therapist availability! Please call us if you would like to be seen.

What to expect when you schedule an appointment

We will ask you for an email address and will send you an invitation to the patient portal as well as some intake forms. These forms must be completed before your first appointment. If you have difficulty setting up your patient portal account, please let us know. We are here to help.
