We are now in network with Excellus, MVP, Cigna, some United Health Care plans (call the office for questions), Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid and Fidelis.

We are currently adding patients to a wait list for an appointment.

Nurse Practitioner appointments

We still have a waiting list for nurse practitioner appointments but we have been able to offer appointments for the first time in months. We have another NP who is joining us in April and anticipate a lot of movement on the waiting list once she is up and running.

Therapist appointments

We currently have a wait list for therapist appointments depending on your insurance. If you would like to be added please give us a call.

What to expect when you schedule an appointment

We will ask you for an email address and will send you an invitation to the patient portal as well as some intake forms. These forms must be completed before your first appointment. If you have difficulty setting up your patient portal account, please let us know. We are here to help.
