Creyos provides valuable information regarding cognition across a variety of domains such as memory, attention, reasoning, executive functioning, verbal ability and emotional functioning. It can be used detect conditions such as ADHD and autism as well as track changes in cognition over time. The test is done online on any device you choose and can be done in the privacy of your own home.

Creyos testing costs between $100-150 depending on the length of the assessment. This fee is not covered by insurance.
If you are an existing patient, ask your nurse practitioner about what testing might be right for you. If you are a new patient, call the office and schedule a new patient appointment to get started. You will have a new patient visit where you can discuss your specific concerns with your NP. You will then receive a link to your testing once payment is received. Once the testing is completed, you will be scheduled for a followup appointment to discuss your results and next steps in your care.
